Armistice Day
Everton Football Club will be observing the Two Minute Silence at 11am.
Captain Phil Neville has sent his thoughts to the armed forces on Armistice Day on behalf of everyone at Everton.
The Blues skipper told evertonTV: "I think it is such an important day to pay our respects.
"A lot of our families have fought in world wars and it is so important that we take time to remember those people who have fought for our country.
"They are all so brave and are truly inspirational."
In recognition of Armistice Day the Club flew the Goodison Park stadium flags at half mast whilst also taking its official website offline for two minutes as a mark of respect.
The message 'we remember them' was also put onto the score board inside the ground.

The box office at the ground closed for two minutes as did the retail stores and all staff at the Club observed a period of silence.
Meanwhile, Everton want members of the armed forces who support the Blues to email their photos to website@evertonfc.com
Send us photographs of you on the front line with your Everton shirts, scarves and banners.
Or if you have loved ones based abroad and they are Blue, email us their photo now with their name, who they are serving with and where they are based.
