No Vaughan Loan For Now

No Vaughan Loan For Now

David Moyes is keeping James Vaughan at Everton - for the time being.

The striker is back from a knee injury and scored in the 2-0 win over Burnley last month.

Before his setback he was on loan at Derby County and another temporary deal had been mooted.

But Moyes' current lack of strikers means the 21-year-old will remain on Merseyside.

"He probably won't go back out on loan because of the shortage of players," confirmed the Everton manager.

"If I am able to bring people in in the transfer window that could alter.

"At the moment James is in and around it so we will keep him here."
