Moyes Opens Everton Two

Moyes Opens Everton Two

Everton Two opened today and David Moyes was the special guest!

The new Everton store at Liverpool One had its official opening ceremony at 3pm on Friday.

The Blues and new retail partner Kitbag have made a long awaited return to the City Centre and the new store is now officially open.

Moyes was joined by striker Yakubu, legend Graeme Sharp and hundreds of Evertonians for the opening of the store.

It boasts a massive product range, completely bespoke fittings, stunning visuals, unique memorabilia displays and top level staff, managed by Everton fan Simon Gibson.

The opening follows Saturday's unveiling of the revamped Everton One store at Goodison Park, which saw fans queueing in their hundreds and record takings over the course of the weekend.

"The fans have been asking for it and quite rightly so," chief executive Robert Elstone told evertonTV. "Visibility in the city is important to us, as a major brand and identity in this city we need to be visible.

"The City Centre shop is important for a number of reasons. Fundamentally it is right that the Club has a city centre presence; it says something about our ambition and our status in the city.

"Kitbag have displayed their ambition and put their hands in their pockets. They are fitting out the store to the highest standard and we think that is great because that’s where the Club should be. We also believe it makes good business sense to be there."
