Bolton manager Gary Megson has hailed David Moyes for the 'tremendous job' he has done at the Club.
The Trotters' boss told of his admiration for the Goodison chief in his pre-match press conference - even suggesting he would use the Scot's achievements with Everton as a blue print for his Bolton side to follow.
"They're winning games, they work their socks off with everything that they've got and it's a great testament to Marouane Fellaini and Tim Cahill as people, and Everton Football Club that they've got that within the ranks.
"To be able to beat one of the best teams in Europe in Liverpool - with no recognised centre-forward - is a great testament to the job David has performed there.
"I think Everton are a pointer for how we should do things at this football club."
Having attended Wednesday night's dramatic victory over Liverpool in the FA Cup, Megson was quick to praise the support of the Blues' fans.
He also admitted that his side will have a tough task ahead as they face what he believes is a solid defensive partnership between Joleon Lescott and Phil Jagielka.
"It was a great game to go to and it was a privilege to be there. The noise the Everton supporters generated was huge.
"He (Jagielka) has settled in there and they've done brilliantly for him, and he's done brilliantly for himself", said Megson.
"Joleon Lescott's been there even longer and he's established now as a left-sided centre-half and they really do look rock solid, and I'm sure that's where the foundation comes from."
