McDougall Leaves Ladies
Vice captain departs Everton Ladies for Sunderland.
Kelly McDougall has left Everton Ladies to join Sunderland.
The England international agreed a deal with the Black Cats earlier this week and will now ply her trade in the Northern Division.
McDougall will be remembered as one of Everton’s longest serving players, having been with the Blues for 10 years.
The midfielder was part of the squad that won the League Cup last season.
Speaking to evertonfc.com, manager Mo Marley paid tribute to McDougall.
“Everyone connected with Everton Ladies wishes Kelly the best of luck for the future,” she said.
“Kelly has been a fantastic servant for the Club and was a valued member of the squad both on and off the field.”
