Hibbert's Chang Visit

Tony Hibbert jets out to Thailand to visit the Club sponsors.

Everton defender Tony Hibbert is jetting out to Thailand this weekend as part of an Everton delegation visiting Club sponsors Chang.
 
The Blues defender is currently recovering from hernia surgery and is expected to be out of action for the next four weeks.
 
Hibbert will be joined on the trip by chief executive Robert Elstone alongside other Club executives.
 
The 48-hour visit will see the Blues star tour the football clinic at the Bangkok Academy and view a session at the Thai Bev Academy.
 
During the stay Hibbert will also be a guest at a VIP dinner alongside the President of the Thai FA, Thai executives and the Deputy Governor of Bangkok.
 
The trip aims to promote the work of Everton Football Club and Chang and demonstrate the successful partnership that is now in its sixth season.
 
Hibbert said: “We toured Bangkok as a team a few years ago and it was a great experience for all the lads.
 
“I am looking forward to getting back out there and see how things have been progressing especially at the Academies.”
