Gosling Nets For England
Dan Gosling was on the score sheet as England Under-19s drew 2-2 with Ukraine on Friday evening.
Goals from the Everton midfielder, Arsenal's Henri Lansbury and a brace from Ukraine's captain Kyrylo Petrov completed the scoring at the RSC Olympiyskiy Stadium in Donetsk.
Petrov opened the scoring in just the second minute of play while Lansbury levelled from the penalty spot midway through the first half.
And it was Everton midfielder Gosling who connected with the rebound from Danny Drinkwater's long-range free-kick six minutes into the second half to put the Three Lions ahead.
But Gosling's efforts were dampened just ten minutes later as Petrov netted his second of the match to earn the hosts a share of the spoils.
The result is England's second draw of their European Championship campaign following Wednesday's 1-1 tie with Switzerland.
England's third and final match in group A takes place on Monday where they will face Slovenia in their final bid for a place in the semi-finals.
