Marouane Fellaini
Marouane Fellaini was taken to hospital for a scan after injuring his ankle in Saturday's Merseyside derby.
The Belgian was stretchered off in the first half of the Anfield clash after the foul which saw Liverpool's Sotirios Kyrgiakos sent-off.
Fellaini underwent an x-ray at Anfield, which came back clear, and was then transferred to hospital for further investigation into the problem.
"He has has been taken to hospital for a scan, fortunately the x-ray (at Anfield) was clear," reported manager David Moyes.
The Everton boss agreed that the foul by Sotirios Kyrgiakos which injured Fellaini warranted a red card. He also had no complaints over Steven Pienaar's late dismissal.
"I thought the first one was a sending off," he declared.
"He was off the ground and it was two-footed. It was right in front of me."
