Everton have entered a new partnership with US club, RSM Storm.
The deal between the two clubs is set to enhance RSM Storm's Academy by implementing a three-year player development programme which will raise the level of football across Orange County in Southern California.
Everton's online player development tool - evertonway.com - will be at the centre of the Academy development and will play an important role in the curriculum for developing players the Everton Way.
The deal is a further boost to Everton in the US, who have already established flourishing Everton Way partnerships in Florida, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
The Everton Way is proving a real success in helping clubs who want to move on to the next level in player development. The website uses video clips, audio commentary and editorial walkthroughs to unravel the real Academy programme.
As part of the package, Everton Academy coaches will provide technical assistance to the Storm and subsequent visits will be put in place to help the new Academy develop.
