DON'T MISS THE KICK-OFF
Everton officials are urging supporters who are planning to come to Saturday's Premiership curtain-raiser against Watford to purchase their ticket well in advance.
The Blues' Box Office reported last night that approximately only 3,000 tickets remained for the clash with the top-flight new boys and sales remained encouraging.
There has been a steady flow of traffic at the Park End during the early part of this week and that only looks set to increase as the days countdown to the start of what is hoped will be a memorable campaign for David Moyes and co.
Sales through the remote channels have also seen a marked increase in the past 48 hours with message coming from loud and clear from Goodison that if you can't get down to the ground then either book online or via the phone.
Keith Wyness, Everton's Chief Executive, told evertonfc.com: "What we don't want is any Evertonian planning to come to watch the Watford game to be disappointed.
It's the start of a brand new season and with that comes a real sense of optimism and desire to be in the stadium when the first ball is kicked.
"There are still a number of tickets left to purchase but if you want to be guaranteed your seat then the message coming out from our Box Office staff is to get yours as early as possible."
