Blues Sign Nash
Everton have signed Carlo Nash from Wigan for an undisclosed fee.
The goalkeeper, 34, has a wealth of experience and arrived on transfer deadline day to provide competition to Tim Howard.
Nash has signed a two-year deal with the option for a third year with the Toffees, whom he supported as a youngster.
He exclusively told evertonTV: "I have known of Everton's interest for the last couple of weeks and there have been a few sleepless nights hoping it would go through.
"Finally it has and I am over the moon."
Prior to his stint at Wigan, Nash, 34, has also played for Manchester City, Middlesbrough, Preston, Stockport and non-leaguers Rossendale United.
He most recently played for Stoke on loan as they secured promotion to the Premier League last season.
