Mikel Arteta suffers a setback in his recovery from injury.
Mikel Arteta has suffered a minor set back in his come back from injury.
The midfielder, who sustained a cruciate knee ligament injury in February, has had to undergo a procedure to remove an infection from the same knee and is now recovering.
In his press briefing today (Wednesday) ahead of the Europa League clash with Benfica, David Moyes said "Mikel has needed to have a 'wash out' on his knee after doctors found an infection.
"It is a setback for him. However we can't say how long it has put him back.”

simon conleyif it wasnt for bad luck we would have no luck atall,get well soom mikel you have been missed. an update on all the other injuries would be nice, ive not heard anything about vic how far along is he? good for tonight boys i cant be there but ill be watching from home..
