Club appoint Shareholders’ Liaison Officer.
Everton Football Club has appointed a new Shareholders’ Liaison Officer.
Paula Fenwick, a familiar face in the Goodison Fan Centre, recently took over the role and is now the first point of contact for all Everton shareholders.
After ten years with the Club, Paula will draw upon experiences from her various roles to deal with enquiries from the shareholder database and process their match ticket requests throughout the season.
Paula’s role will include:
• First point of contact for shareholders’ tickets
• First point of contact for shareholders’ queries
• Liaison for shareholders’ benefits
She started her Everton career working at the official megastore before making the move to Goodison where she became the “voice of the Club” manning the main switchboard.
Working at the heart of the Club gave Paula the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of the role of each department and she eventually became an integral member of the customer service team, dealing with enquiries from Blues’ fans every day.
For the last six years, Paula has been a key member of the ticketing team in the Goodison Fan Centre and is well-known amongst loyal Evertonians.
She is responsible for processing Season Tickets, away match ticket requests and partner ticket allocation throughout the week, as well as working every matchday in the busy ticket office.
Born on Gwladys Street, Paula hails from a family of Evertonians and loved every minute of growing up in the shadows of Goodison Park – particularly soaking up the atmosphere every matchday.
She married a staunch Blue thirty years ago and didn’t move far away from the Old Lady, buying a house on Goodison Road . Her two sons both became Season Ticket holders at the age of four and have followed Everton home and away ever since.
Surrounded by Evertonians her whole life, Paula is the perfect candidate to dedicate her working hours to liaising with the Club’s loyal supporters.
“I absolutely love what I do. I love working here. In every role I’ve had at the Club, I have worked with the fans and I love having that constant contact with different people and helping them,” said Paula.
“All my time spent on the switchboard and in the customer service team has given me the best possible background to take up this new role. I know the job inside out so whatever query I’m faced with, I’ll do my utmost to resolve it.
“And most of all, I understand what the Club means to fans and I think that’s so important. I can talk and I am approachable. I’m looking forward to getting to know the shareholders,” she added.
Paula will be in attendance at Wednesday’s General Meeting to meet Everton shareholders.
