The tearful scenes following the final home game of the season reflected a campaign of high emotion at Goodison Park.

Over 10 months there were hellos to the likes of Kevin Mirallas, Bryan Oviedo and John Stones, a joyous welcome home for South African Steven Pienaar and, of course, sentimental farewells to captain Phil Neville and manager David Moyes.

There were dramatic wins against Manchester United, Tottenham, Manchester City and many more.

There were supporters stunned at the chance to meet their heroes and community projects buoyed by visits from the men in Blue.

On the pitch and off it, it was a campaign to remember.
