Everton will be aiming to give David Moyes a stylish send-off at Stamford Bridge on Sunday by taking all three points in the Scot’s 518th and final match in charge of Everton.

Here we preview the trip to the capital with the aid of stats, facts and figures in our last edition of Magic Numbers for the 2012/13 season...

6 Defeats for Everton in the league this season. Regardless of Sunday’s outcome, the Blues will have the fewest losses in a league campaign since the title-winning season of 1969/70, when there were defeats on just five occasions. Everton lost six times in the championship season of 1962/63 and there were eight defeats in both our victorious campaigns during the 1980s.

7 Clean sheets for Everton in their last nine matches. The Toffees have conceded only in the 2-2 draw against Tottenham Hotspur and in the 1-0 defeat at Sunderland.

9 Occasions we have faced Chelsea in the final league match after Sunday. The London club have become Everton’s most common opponents on the last league fixture of the season, the previous mark of eight being shared by Arsenal and Bolton Wanderers. The last time we faced Chelsea on the last day was two seasons ago when Everton won 1-0 at Goodison Park thanks to a fine solo effort from Jermaine Beckford.

Paul RideoutPaul Rideout netted the winner for Everton at Stamford Bridge in November 1994.

19 Years since Everton last won at Stamford Bridge. Paul Rideout headed the only goal of the game in November 1994.

32 Fixtures against Chelsea, after Sunday’s game, for Everton under David Moyes. This will set a new Club record for the most games against a single opponent for any Toffees boss. The previous mark of 31 was set by Howard Kendall against Liverpool.

34 Years since Everton were unbeaten in the league in London over one season. During the 1978/79 campaign, the Toffees won one and drew three of their games in the capital. So far this season we have emerged victorious at West Ham and also drew at QPR, Fulham, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.

66 Points for the Toffees if we win on Sunday, making it our best points return in a Premier League season, surpassing our previous mark of 65 points set in 2008/09. It would be our highest points tally since 70 in 1987/88 when there were two more matches.

288 Premier League games won by Everton, against the same number of defeats. If we are victorious on Sunday, the Toffees will have a positive win record in the Premier League for the first time since the opening month of the inaugural season in 1992/93.
