Everton Under-21s’ play-off against either Newcastle United or Bolton Wanderers has been confirmed for Tuesday 7 May at Goodison Park.

Supporters will be able to attend the 7pm kick-off, with Season Ticket holders and FOREVERTON members eligible for free entry.

Tickets are available on the night - priced at £5 for adults and £3 for concessions - with cash only accepted on the turnstiles.

Having finished top of Group One, after going unbeaten in 2013, Alan Stubbs’ side entertain the winners of Group Two in the knockout phase.

Everton will discover their opponents on Friday evening when Newcastle host Bolton in the Group Two title decider.

The Magpies currently hold a three-point lead over the Trotters and have superior goal difference, therefore only a Bolton win by a sizeable margin would deny Newcastle a trip to Merseyside.

The winners of next Tuesday’s tie would then progress to the semi-finals involving the top three clubs in the Elite Group: Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United and one of either Liverpool, Southampton or West Ham.

Graham Taylor-EdwardsTime for a win on Sunday. We can and will do it this time. Nic back on track and the Everton team get stuck in and play the football we can play. Good luck everyone. Cheers GT
