An international weekend interrupts Everton’s domestic campaign but there are plenty of Goodison Park players on show with two World Cup qualifying games coming up in the next five days.

England and Belgium have the highest contingent of Blues in their squads - with Leighton Baines, Leon Osman, Kevin Mirallas and Marouane Fellaini all expected to figure for their countries.

The Three Lions are away to San Marino in Group H on Friday night (8pm) and Osman will hope to make a second appearances for his country after making his debut last November against Sweden.

The Everton midfielder capped off a fine display with a well-taken goal in the 2-0 win over champions Manchester City last weekend and is 10/1 with Paddy Power to be the game’s first scorer or 17/10 to score at anytime against the side England beat 5-0 at Wembley last October.

And Osman is relishing the challenge of going up against England’s best for a starting place.

“To be in the squad means the world to me,” said Osman.

“I just need to keep my head down, keep working hard and if another chance comes, I have got to take it.”

The 31-year-old will be joined by club-mate Leighton Baines who could make his 15th appearance in an England shirt.

Baines was on the mark in the 5-0 win away to Moldova last September and is 11/1 to get the game’s first goal and 15/8 to score at anytime over the 90 minutes.

Forward Steven Naismith could return for Scotland after a two-game ban as they face Wales at Hampden Park (8pm).

Naismith is 10/1 to opening the scoring with Paddy Power against the Welsh or 7/2 to hit the net at anytime in the Group A clash.

The Republic of Ireland face a tricky Group C away tie in Sweden at 7.45pm and Seamus Coleman could keep his place in the right-back berth for Giovanni Trapattoni’s side.

Coleman – who has yet to find the net in nine games for Ireland – is 33/1 to get the opening goal or 12/1 to score at anytime.
