Our 1001 Goals giveaway continues with a strike remembered by Evertonians quite simply as one that preserved the Club’s Premier League status.

Name the player hammering the ball into the Park End goal during a dramatic final day of the 1997/98 season and be in with a chance of winning a copy of the Club's latest official DVD.

The newly-released offering includes each of the Blues first 1001 Premier League goals, up to and including the two strikes which secured a late win over Tottenham in December.

All you'll need to do is view the day's video - which will showcase one of the 1001 goals with the scorer's identity hidden - and work out who the mystery marksman is.
