Blues Recall Jelavic

Jelavic and Distin return to starting XI for Oldham clash.

David Moyes makes two changes to his starting line-up to face Oldham.

Sylvain Distin is back from illness and replaces John Heitinga in the centre of defence.

The other change sees Nikica Jelavic back in place of Kevin Mirallas.

Both Mirallas and Heitinga drop to the substitutes' bench.

The return of Jelavic could see Anichebe operate in a wider role, though David Moyes has also deployed his strikers in a 4-4-2 formation this term.

Phil Neville will continue at right-back in the ongoong absence of Seamus Coleman and Tony HIbbert.

Former Everton midfielder Jose Baxter is in Oldham's starting XI.
