Hitz Meets Rice Lane Blues

German midfielder in attendance at latest supporters' club visit.

Everton's latest supporters' club visit took place close to home on Thursday night.

Thomas Hitzlsperger, Graeme Sharp and Robert Elstone headed to Aintree working men's social club to meet the Rice Lane supporters' club.

The German international chatted about his career and impressions of latest manager David Moyes, while Sharp recounted the Club's glory days of the 1980s.

Chief Executive Mr Elstone also took questions from the floor, with Everton's media and publications manager Darren Griffiths overseeing proceedings as MC.

As well as the fascinating Q and A sessions there was also a free raffle with a signed Phil Jagielka shirt up for grabs.
