Everton Under-21s will play their home fixtures at The Merseyrail Community Stadium in Southport during the second half of the 2012/13 season.

Alan Stubbs’ team are set to begin their Group One Development League fixtures next week, with the ground formerly known as Haig Avenue their home.

Aston Villa, Blackburn Rovers, Chelsea, Fulham, Middlesbrough and Sunderland are the sides who will visit before the end of the season, with exact dates set to be confirmed in the near future.

Everton’s reserve team previously played their home games in Southport for three years up until the end of the 2005/06 season.

Since then reserve and Under-21 games have taken place at Halton Stadium and at the Club's Finch Farm training ground.

As part of the agreement with Southport, Everton Season Ticket holders and FOREVERTON members are able to gain free admission to all fixtures, with members of the public being able to gain access by payment at the turnstiles (Adults £5, concessions £3).

Southport Season Ticket holders will also be able to gain entry for free.
