Leon Osman has been named Everton's player of the month for November.
The midfielder was an ever-present as the Blues racked up a win and three draws from five games.
More significantly, the 31-year-old made his first appearance for England, impressing despite the Three Lions' 4-2 defeat to Sweden.
"To win something like this is very pleasing and with us having a reasonably good season so far, it's extra special to be recognised within that," Osman told evertontv after collecting his prize.
"I think our form was better than the results suggested. We've been playing some pretty good stuff at times, stuff that's really nice on the eye. We just haven't always been getting the results that we want."
November began with a fine Everton performance and a 2-2 draw at Fulham, before two goals in four second-half minutes from Marouane Fellaini and Nikica Jelavic earned a 2-1 win over Sunderland.
A first trip to the Madejski Stadium in five years resulted in a 2-1 reverse against Reading before an unfortunate later leveller forced David Moyes' men to settle for a 1-1 draw against Norwich.
Osman's best performance arguably came in the final game of the month against Arsenal - another contest where the Toffees could consider themselves hard done by to only come away with a point.
The month will, however, be remembered for the Academy product's 90 minutes in Stockholm, a performance which earned rave reviews from pundits, fans and teammates alike.
Indeed, Osman was one of just five men to play the entire game in Sweden as Roy Hodgson's experimental side were powerless to halt the hosts' four-goal hero Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
And the Everton star added: "It was great. It's something you strive to achieve your whole career and I managed to get an England cap. I'm delighted."
