Naismith In For Mirallas
Scot replaced injured Belgian in Blues' only change.
Steven Naismith
Kevin Mirallas
Steven Naismith replaces Kevin Mirallas as Everton face Stoke.
The switch, enforced by the recurrence of the Belgian's hamstring injury, is the only change made to the Blues starting line-up from the win over Spurs.
Naismith was the man who replaced Mirallas when he was withdrawn at half-time last weekend.
It means Tim Howard makes his landmark 200th consecutive league appearance in the Everton goal.
Seamus Coleman continues at right-back after returning last weekend, while Sunday's matchwinner Nikica Jelavic is again up front.
Apostolos Vellios is again on the bench after he had a hand in Jelavic's late goal last time out.
Everton: Howard, Coleman, Baines, Jagielka, Distin, Gibson, Naismith, Fellaini, Osman, Pienaar, Jelavic. Subs: Mucha, Heitinga, Vellios, Barkley, Duffy, Gueye, Hitzlsperger.
Stoke: Begovic; Cameron, Shawcross (c), Huth, Wilkinson; Walters, Whelan, Nzonzi, Adam, Etherington; Jones. Subs: Sorensen, Palacios, Whitehead, Upson, Kightly, Crouch, Jerome.
