Mirallas Fit For Fulham

Belgian is fit, Pienaar returns and Heitinga also starts.

Kevin Mirallas is fit to face Fulham and is in the Everton side along with John Heitinga and the returning Steven Pienaar.

Mirallas was a doubt for the game after suffering an ankle injury against Liverpool on Sunday.

But the Belgian is fine to start at Craven Cottage, where Everton's attacking threat has also been boosted by Pienaar's selection following a one-match ban.

The South African is back in the team in place of Steven Naismith who drops to the bench.

Heitinga lines up in defence with Sylvain Distin the player missing out.

The veteran Frenchman is among the substitutes which also include Shane Duffy after the Irishman stepped in to replace Victor Anichebe in a late change 30 minutes before kick-off.
