FIFA 13 Strike Nets Prize

EA SPORTS’ competition winners announced.

Evertonians have been bursting the net in EA SPORTS' FIFA 13 competition.

Ahead of Sunday's Merseyside derby, our video gaming partner invited supporters to upload their best FIFA 13 goals for Everton against Liverpool.

With the top prize of a signed Blues shirt and match tickets for the home game against Norwich up for grabs, the entries came in and EA SPORTS selected their top five.

A video of the selected strikes was then posted on Everton's official Facebook page and evertontv - with online polls also on Facebook and evertonfc.com.

Fellow Blues voted for their favourite and the two polls were collated with the following results:

Goal 1 - 10%
Goal 2 - 49%
Goal 3 - 24%
Goal 4 - 6%
Goal 5 - 11%

The winning goal, a left-footed volley by Nikica Jelavic into the top corner from 30 yards, was scored by IIIHENDRYIII.

Meanwhile, voter Gregg Hackett was selected at random to receive a copy of FIFA 13.
