Fellaini and Naismith replace Pienaar and Anichebe for derby.

He replaces Victor Anichebe in the starting XI, with Steven Naismith drafted in to replace the suspended Steven Pienaar.

Elsewhere Seamus Coleman keeps his place at right back and Sylvain Distin is preferred to John Heitinga in central defence.

Tony Hibbert returns to the Blues' bench where he is joined by John Heitinga.
