England chief has decisions to make, with Baines' place at risk.
Roy Hodgson has a selection headache ahead of England's clash with Poland on Tuesday.
The Three Lions easily defeated San Marino on Friday but face an entirely different test in Warsaw.

Everton's Phil Jagielka and Leighton Baines were in that side but the latter could be replaced by Ashley Cole despite a solid showing last time out.
Hodgson wouldn't be drawn on specific selection dilemmas though, with papers speculating he could make up to six changes.
But the England coach said: “There are a few (decisions) and that’s good. It’s good to have those decisions. I prefer not to quantify them or put them in any order.
“But it was very good the players who came in against San Marino, who many people do not see as the first choice, played so well and that does mean you get a bit more of a selection headache.”
