Marouane Fellaini has withdrawn from the Belgium squad after picking up a knee injury.

The Blues midfielder will miss the World Cup qualifiers against Serbia and Scotland but no estimation is yet being made on the length of his absence.

Fellaini has been an ever-present for his club this season, scoring three goals.

Belgium play Serbia in Belgrade on Friday and then entertain the Scots in Brussels next week.
