'Brilliant Football' Boosts Moyes
Manager delighted with Swansea victory.

David Moyes praised his side’s ‘brilliant football’ after watching them dismantle Swansea at the Liberty Stadium.
Victor Anichebe, Kevin Mirallas and Marouane Fellaini got the goals as rampant Everton inflicted the Swans’ heaviest Premier League home defeat.
The scoreline could have been even more emphatic with the visitors racking up an incredible 30 efforts on goal and playing some fantastic stuff.
Moyes said: “We were fabulous right from the start. We were a little bit wasteful with some opportunities and that was the only downside. In everything else we controlled the game. We had good movement and good play all round so I was delighted with how we played.
“In truth if we'd not come away with a good victory we would have been kicking ourselves.
“I thought we played brilliant football but I thought we did that on Monday night as well. We introduced a few new players who hadn't been in the team and the supporters got a first chance to see Bryan Oviedo which was also a plus.”
On top of the three goals and quality attacking football, Moyes was also glad to see his side record a clean sheet.
Despite being under the cosh, the hosts did create chances and Tim Howard had to be at his brilliant best on more than one occasion.
Moyes added: “I would have liked to have put it to bed a little earlier but we were always in control. Swansea did have some chances just before half-time and we needed to defend well and our keeper to make some great saves but he is there to do that.
“We needed a clean sheet because that is what we have been based on in the past, but this season our attacking play has been enterprising. It has been a bit more exciting, like we finished last season, but we have to make sure we defend properly and keep clean sheets when we have to.”
