Darron Gibson misses Ireland v Serbia with thigh problem.
Darron Gibson is out of Ireland's game against Serbia next week.
The Everton man sustained a thigh injury which forced him off during the first half of the Blues' 4-1 hammering of AEK Athens on Wednesday.
Ireland take on Serbia in Belgrade on Wednesday but they will be without midfieler Gibson.
The former Manchester United star was part of the Ireland squad at the Euros this summer but didn't get any time on the pitch.
