Duo Given Semi Nod
Barkley and Lundstram in for England, Hope and Garbutt on bench.
Everton duo Ross Barkley and John Lundstram will start for England against Greece in the semi-finals of the European Under-19 Championships this afternoon.
The midfield pair have been included in Noel Blake's side for the last-four meeting in Talinn, which will be shown live on Eurosport 2 (kick off 2.45pm).
Lundstram scored and played the full 90 minutes as the Young Lions overcame France 2-1 in their quarter-final on Tuesday, while Barkley was rested for the clash with Les Bleus.
Fellow Everton youngsters Hallam Hope and Luke Garbutt are again named on the bench.
Greece knocked out Portugal in the group phase to join England in the final four and Blake knows his side must beware the tournament underdogs.
"I expect a very difficult football match from Greece,” he said. “They've had two very good encounters against Spain and Portugal in the group games and as I've said many times before, when you get to this level of the competition, there are no easy games or easy nations to play against.
"In many respects, it mirrors the senior tournament in Poland and Ukraine because at this stage of the competition, the last four, anybody can beat anybody and you've got to be good to get anything from it.
"We've seen the DVDs of them, as I'm sure they've seen us as well, and they're a very good side.
"Every team has their own characteristics and style of play and as we always say to our players, expect the unexpected.
"Sometimes you plan to do one thing and then the opposition can give you another problem to solve.
"Equally, we're confident of what we're about and our approach to the game."
