Strac Handed Start
Argentinian handed start for visit of Bolton.
Denis Stracqualursi
Denis Stracqualursi is handed his first Premier League start for the game against Bolton.
The Argentinian striker lines up in an attacking side which also features new signing Landon Donovan.
Stracqualursi came on in Everton's last game and had a positive impact and is rewarded for his endeavours with a start against Owen Coyle's side.
The players to step down from the previous starting XI at West Brom are Jack Rodwell and Tim Cahill, both of whom are on the bench.
Everton look likely to operate a 4-4-2 system with Stracqualursi alongside Louis Saha and Donovan and Leon Osman patrolling the flanks.
John Heitinga and Phil Neville will enforce in midfield leaving Sylvain Distin to build on his man of the match performance against the Baggies alongside Phil Jagielka.
Tony Hibbert and Leighton Baines are on the flanks with Tim Howard in goal.
Victor Anichebe, goal hero at the Hawthorns, is again among the substitutes.
