Britannia Partnership 10 Years Old
Competition winners enjoy a day to remember
Everton and Britannia, part of The Co-operative Bank, celebrated 10 successful years in partnership on Saturday, as the leading bank sponsored the Blues’ game against Stoke City.
The celebrations were extended to seven lucky prize winners, and their guests, who received hospitality in the Dave Hickson Sponsors’ Lounge, an exclusive behind the scenes tour and the chance to meet Everton’s number 10, Mikel Arteta.
The top prize of hospitality and a signed Mikel Arteta shirt was won by an understandably delighted John Harpur. He said: “I was delighted to get the call to say I could enjoy the game from the front row of the directors box, but to get a shirt signed and handed to me by Mikel was amazing!”
To further celebrate our 10-year partnership with Britannia, they offered fans attending the game the chance to win a two-minute ‘trolley dash’ in our Everton Two, store worth up to £250.
The winner was Kate McAuslane who was randomly selected after correctly guessing a question posed before half time. Kate will get the chance to spend her cash on Wednesday, November 10, at Everton Two.
Over the past decade Britannia has provided Adult and Junior ‘Save and Support’ savings accounts, cash ISAs and mortgages for Everton fans.

More than 9,000 Everton fans across the country have opened the savings accounts since they were first introduced, and there are more than 350 mortgage customers, which has resulted in over £1.1million being paid to Everton since the relationship began.
