Mikel Arteta has formally signed his new Everton contract.
The deal was agreed last weekend, with the Spaniard committing to the Toffees for the next five years.
The news was greeted by universal delight from the Everton fans, providing a real boost on the eve of the new Premier League season.
And Arteta completed the formalities of the deal on Friday afternoon, officially signing the contract at Finch Farm.
