barry delaneyWatched the game on Everton TV and thought the team played really well -a good passing game! Beckford scored two good goals and looks really promising for the future. A couple of chances and he nailed them. Seamus Coleman produced another sound display when he came on. He looks comfortable on the ball and going forward. Arteta's performance in the first half showed why he is so important to the team. Hopefully the knock Beckford took is not too serious I think he will be an important player for us this season. Barry LowtherWhat a good solid performance, lots of promise being shown for the coming season. Having been one of Hibbos biggest critics in the past, I must hold my hands up and say that, although he has always been a great tackler, he has come on leaps and bounds with his interchange passing down the wing and crosses into the box. Only downer today was that he didn't get his elusive goal. COYB
