Everton Football Club and our retail partner Kitbag have announced that the Club's away kit for the 2010/2011 season is to be launched at 10.00am on Thursday 3 June 2010 with a simultaneous reveal at the Club's retail stores, Everton One and Everton Two.
The pre-launch publicity campaign is underway, with the Club highlighting the launch theme of "Revolution" on 48 sheet poster sites, evertonfc.com, in press and in Club publications such as the Evertonian.
Over the coming bank holiday weekend, buildings throughout Liverpool, such as the Liver Building and St George's Hall will have the word "Revolution" alongside the Everton Crest, projected onto them together with lasers throughout the city.
Everton chief executive Robert Elstone said: "Our inaugural year (2009/10) with our retail partner Kitbag was without doubt, outstanding and this year we want to make the introduction of our new kits for the 2010/11 season an even bigger success.
"Last year the home kit paid homage to Everton's great tradition, while the away kit, with a theme of "a flash of brilliance", utilised the colours from our first ever kit in the late 19th century. In launching our new away kit first, we are using the theme of "Revolution" because the kit is visually stunning and one of the most technically advanced shirts on the market today. Quite simply it is engineered for success."
Ray Evans, MD of Kitbag said: "We have a superb working relationship with Everton and I know that the fans have appreciated all the innovation we have brought to Everton Retail from our online capability to our two great stores, and to the range of products we are able to offer. By introducing one of the world's most technically advanced shirts, it is the first step in what we all hope will be a very successful year for Everton Football Club."

Friday 28th May 17:22 Report CommentGraham TanseyThere seems to be a lot of negativity going around for this kit as it seems it will be pink. Obviously those who don't like it have an issue wearing pink, the real men will have no problem!
