Felli Rehab On Track
Moyes reports that Fellaini rehab is going well.
David Moyes has reported that Maraoune Fellaini in on track with his recovery from a serious ankle injury.
The midfielder hasn't featured for the Blues since he was forced off in the Merseyside derby in February.
"Marouane is not forgotten by us as he recovers because he is a key part of our squad," Moyes told evertonfc.com.
"He is having a lot of his early rehabilitation over in Belgium and he is now getting good movement back in his ankle."
The Belgian was stretchered off in the 34th minute at Anfield after he was fouled by Sotirios Kyrgiakos.
Scans later revealed the need for ankle surgery meaning Fellaini's impressive season came to an early end.
The early prognosis meant the 22-year-old would need six months recovery time and the manager says he is still on course for a return early next season.
"We have seen the surgeon in London," Moyes explained. "We are all quite confident that he is on schedule with the movement that he has got back in his ankle.
"He will probably be back in to Finch Farm to do some work in the last month before we break up for summer."
