Everton in the Community Charity Raffle in association with FIGS

Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter is Everton in the Community, Goodison Park, Liverpool. L4 4EL. Registered Charity No. 1099366. Supported by Everton Football Club Company Limited of Goodison Park, Goodison Road, Liverpool, L4 4EL (Everton). The Charity Raffle Partner is FIGS, INC a company incorporated in 2834 Colorado Avenue, Suite 100 Santa Monica, CA 90404, United States (FIGS)

  2. The Charity Raffle is for a chance to win one of 3 pairs of tickets with full hospitality for the Everton v Crystal Palace fixture on Monday 19th

  3. The Charity Raffle is open to all individuals, excluding employees of Everton or its group companies, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration, promotion or delivery of the Charity Raffle.

  4. You must be over 18 to enter the competition. Everton in the Community may ask the winner to provide proof of age.

  5. To enter the Charity Raffle, you must do so by completing the following form: https://evertonfc.tfaforms.net/1300

  6. The Charity raffle will open at on 5th February and close at midnight GMT on 14th February 2024. No entries received outside of this period will be accepted.

  7. Entries are deemed accepted at the time of submission of the online form.

  8. All entrants into the Charity Raffle shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry.

  9. By entering the Charity Raffle, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Everton in the Community reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and has the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.

  10. By entering the Charity Raffle you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your entry. Please refer to Everton’s and FIGS privacy notice online at https://www.evertonfc.com/content/privacyand https://www.wearfigs.com/pages/non-us-privacy-policy for information on how personal information is used and stored, in accordance with data protection legislation.

  11. Your details will not be used to contact you for promotional purposes or by third parties unless you have opted-in to receive such communications. Your details will only be passed on to third parties insofar as required for the fulfilment, delivery and arrangement of the prize.

  12. Everton in the Community cannot accept any liability for entries which are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered due to any technical malfunction/failure or any other reason. Proof of delivery of an entry does not equate to proof of receipt by Everton in the Community.

  13. The raffle winner will be chosen at random by electronic selection after the closing date from entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  14. The decision of Everton in the Community regarding any aspect of the Charity Raffle is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

  15. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. There is no cash prize or other alternative prize available. Everton, Everton in the Community or FIGS are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred or associated with this prize

  16. Raffle winners will be notified by direct message following the closing date of the Charity Raffle and will be informed no later than 16th February 2024.

  17. If a raffle winner does not respond to Everton within 1 working day of being notified of their win, then their prize will be forfeited, and Everton in the Community will be entitled to select another prize winner in accordance with the process described above.

  18. Each raffle winner agrees to participate in a reasonable amount of publicity on Everton’s and Everton in the Community’s behalf following their reasonable request. This may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media for Everton, Everton in the Community or FIGS.

  19. Everton and Everton in the Community may request prize winners to provide a photograph(s) for use in any future publicity or promotional material, including by sharing the photograph(s) on social media. All prize winners consent to Everton in the Community, Everton and FIGS. using any photograph(s) provided for such use. 

  20. Each raffle winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending an email to fundraising@evertonfc.comwithin 21 days after the closing date of the Charity Raffle.

  21. Neither Everton, Everton in the Community nor its Charity Raffle partner FIGS, shall be liable for any loss, damage, liabilities, injury or disappointment which is incurred or suffered (whether directly or indirectly) by any entrant entering the Prize Draw or as a result of any entrant accepting or using the prize whatsoever.

  22. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit Everton’s liability for death or personal injury caused as a result of its negligence or for any liability which cannot be limited under English law.

  23. Everton reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

  24. Everton shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control, including without limitation acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster, fire, terrorist attack, civil war, civil commotion or riots, war, industrial action, supervening law or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

  25. The Prize Draw and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and all entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
