The Howard Kendall Award
The Howard Kendall award was inaugurated two years ago and aims to reward individuals or teams who have achieved at the very highest level.
This year, Everton Ladies are the worthy reciepients.
Mo Marley's side enjoyed a memorable season, the pinnacle of which was the Premier League Cup win over Arsenal.
The Toffees sailed through to the final before taking on Arsenal in a live televised game at Leyton Orient's Brisbane Road. Going into the game, the Gunners had boasted a massive unbeaten record and had won the quadruple the previous season.

But the Blues produced a performance full of grit, determination and quality, winning the game 1-0 courtesy of Amy Kane’s seventh minute strike.
Kane was amongst members of the squad who picked up the award on Wednesday evening.
Upon receiving the award, manager Marley said: "It's been a brilliant season; the good thing is we have a lot of youngsters coming through.
"We have always said we have the talent but now we have the commitment and dedication and we have started getting the rewards of that."
