Visiting supporter ticket office
South Stand ticket office and will be open 90 minutes prior to kick-off. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult (over 18) when attending a match at the Etihad Stadium. You are advised to carry photo ID to prevent any issues entering the stadium.

The postcode for satellite navigation is M11 3FF. Major road works are currently taking place on the Manchester Salford Inner Relief Road, the highway will be reduced from two lanes in each direction to one. There will also be an overnight closure on the M60 between junctions 10 and 12 clockwise. Please allow extra time and plan your journey in advance.
From North: A6010, M60; passing Oldham and Bury.
From South: M6, M56, M60; passing Knutsford and Stockport.
From East: M62, A628, passing Huddersfield and the Peak District.
From West: M62, passing Warrington and Sale.
Pay on the day car parking is available on site in the Blue Car Park G & H, accessed from Alan Turing Way (Gate 2). Coach parking is available in the Grey Car Park C & D, accessible via Ashton New Road (Gate 7).
There are a number of satellite car parks around the stadium, with prices displayed at the point of entry.
A resident parking scheme is in place in the streets around the Etihad Stadium and this is strictly enforced and identified through on-street signage. Please do not park in these areas as you will be fined, and your vehicle may be clamped or removed.

Industrial action is likely to cause significant disruption to rail services provided by operator Northern Rail on Saturday 15 December. A number of Northern services are expected to not run and any that do operate, will be working to a revised timetable and will be extremely busy.

Metrolink runs from the city centre, including from Manchester Piccadilly station to the Etihad Campus stop and on towards Ashton. The journey time from Piccadilly is less than 10 minutes. On event days, trams run to/from the stadium stop every six minutes.

There are bus stops adjacent to the stadium. At the end of the match, buses will be lined up on Ashton New Road next to the South Stand heading to Manchester city centre. Further information is available at or via Twitter @OfficialTfGM
Manchester City’s Event Supporter Services Team will be located outside the visitor’s end. They will endeavour to resolve your issue at this point but there may be occasions where you will be directed to the South Stand Ticket Office.
Turnstiles: To ensure that you enter the stadium via the correct entrances. There will be ticket and security checks upon arrival. Depending on seat location, use the following entrances;
• Entrance L1 is for visiting supporters located on Level 1
• Entrance L2 is for visiting supporters located on Level 2
• Entrance L3 is for visiting supporters located on Level 3
Flags/Banners: An LED display is installed on the second tier of the Etihad Stadium to enhance the matchday experience for fans inside the stadium. This means it is not possible to hang flags over Level 2.
Security checks: Supporters attending this match are advised to arrive no later than 60-minutes prior to kick off and not to bring any bags unless essential. Bags are not allowed in the visiting section of the stadium. There is no storage facility available. Should a supporter need to bring medicines or specific food for dietary requirements, please contact Everton’s Access Team who will arrange.

After the match - Metrolink access
Due to external segregation after the match, you will not be able to turn left towards the Etihad Campus Metrolink stop. You will be directed around the stadium. Both Holt Town and Velopark stops - the Metrolink stations on either side of the Etihad Campus - will not be operational for at least an hour after each the match.
Possession or use of pyrotechnics
Everton Football Club does not condone the use of pyrotechnics under any circumstances. Any fan found using them will be subject to action by the Club and Police. Away Clubs use various techniques to detect the possession and use of pyrotechnics. Any person found in possession of such items are liable to arrest which could result in a criminal conviction and subsequent football ban.
Concourse anti-social behaviour
This season has seen an increase involving a small group of fans becoming involved in anti-social behaviour (beer throwing / bouncing) within Club concourses. This does result in many fellow fans half time social activity being ruined by the actions of the small minority. Such action can result in ejection from the stadium or in the case more serious incidents an arrest and subsequent Football Ban.
