Marco Silva believes the competition for places within in his Everton squad can drive the Blues towards a place in Europe.

The Toffees boss is included in Tuesday’s edition of the Daily Mirror saying that he “needs everyone to be fighting to show they want to play” to achieve a top six place. 

Elsewhere, Everton midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson is said to be one of the league’s best players in the Liverpool Echo, who also look at why the Blues should be confident going to Old Trafford to face Manchester United in their next fixture.
