Everton welcome Southampton to Goodison Park for their opening home fixture of the 2018-19 campaign on Saturday, kick-off 3pm.
As usual, there is plenty of activity going on around the ground before the action begins, across the Fan Zone, Matchday Hub and more.
Everton favourite Kevin Sheedy headlines the opening Fan Zone of the new season, which kicks off at 12pm
The former Blues player and Academy coach will be on the stage prior to kick-off to talk about his time at the club and deliver team news as it breaks.
Live music will be provided by Turbulence, while there’s insight into EitC’s new People’s Place project from Jake Mills.
There’s the usual quizzes, games and competitions as well as plenty of food and drink on offer.
Evertonians are encouraged donate old kit for the Kits for Africa campaign. The initiative sees SportPesa and Everton working together to collect kits donated by fans, players and members of the public at Goodison Park before distributing them throughout Africa to less privileged individuals.
Collection bins will be signposted around the ground for fans to drop off unwanted kit and sportswear. Fans can also donate kits at Everton’s home games against Huddersfield Town on Saturday September 1 and West Ham United on Sunday 16.
And don’t forget to grab your Jordan Pickford face masks and foam hands before kick-off!
Of course, fans can also take the opportunity to purchase the brand new Umbro home and away strips for the 2018-19 campaign. Everton One, across the road from the Fan Zone, is open between 9am-6pm on Saturday.
Open from 12pm, the Matchday Hub continues to be the perfect pre-match hot spot for young Blues.
With food and drink offers available, including a children’s meal deal of chicken nuggets or giant sausage roll with fries and soft drink for £5, and an adult’s meal deal offer of £5.50 for a steak and ale pie, chips, peas and gravy.
With quizzes, craft sessions, a face painter and Everton in the Community coaching sessions, there’s plenty to do for younger Evertonians before the big kick-off.
The Matchday Hub will also be taking donations of old kit in aid of the Kits for Africa campaign.
Get the name of your favourite Everton player on the back on your shirt. It could be one of the Blues' new signings like Richarlison, Bernard or Yerry Mina. Everton One - the Club's megastore opposite Goodison Park - is open from 9am on Saturday, where you can purchase plenty more Everton merchandise.
The café opens at 12pm and closes half an hour before kick-off.
Here you can pick up sandwiches, tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks with seating indoor and outdoor available.
ST LUKE’S CHURCH
The popular Teas for Fans has returned this season and will be located in the church hall from 12.30pm.
It’s the perfect place for Evertonians to chat about all things Blue over a cuppa prior to kick-off and find out more about their beloved Toffees.
Visiting fans are of course welcome to join in!
The Fans Supporting Foodbanks donation van will be located at the Park End close to the Fan Zone before kick-off at every home match. Supporters attending the game can drop off any non-perishable food items right up until kick-off.
