Phil Jagielka lifts the lid on Marco Silva’s hands-on approach to training and says the Everton squad are enjoying their training camp in Austria in Wednesday’s Liverpool Echo.

The Blues skipper reveals how the new Toffees boss and his staff have already clearly set out the way in which they want the team to play both defensively and offensively.

The Echo also discusses the future of midfielder Muhamed Besic, with rumoured interest from Championship side Middlesbrough reported to have cooled, while TalkSport points to speculation in France that Lille hold an interest in Toffees stopper Maarten Stekelenburg.

Elsewhere, in the Daily Mail, former England boss Fabio Capello has been praising the World Cup form of Blues keeper Jordan Pickford.
