Everton will launch their pre-season campaign next Saturday, July 14, with a game against Austrian team ATV Irdning.

The Blues, who have already confirmed friendly matches against Bury, Lille, FC Porto, Blackburn Rovers and Valencia ahead of the forthcoming Premier League campaign, will take on ATV at the Austrian side's ATV Riesneralm Arena, kicking off at 5pm local time (4pm UK time).

Everton returned to their USM Finch Farm training base on Monday to start preparations for the season under new boss Marco Silva.

And the manager is set for his first chance to run the rule over his troops in match action, four weeks before the Toffees face Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux in the opening game of the 2018/19 season.

A limited number of tickets will be available to purchase on the day of the match with admission prices to be confirmed in due course.
