World Cup Blues: When And Where They Are In Action

Welcome, Marco!

Everything you need to know about the new boss here.

Everton trio Jordan Pickford, Gylfi Sigurdsson and Idrissa Gana Gueye will soon be getting their World Cup campaigns under way.

The summer showpiece’s opening game takes place in Moscow on Thursday afternoon, as hosts Russia face Saudi Arabia.

The games then come thick and fast, with Sigurdsson the first Blue in action. His Iceland side will compete in their first ever World Cup game as they face the might of Argentina on Saturday afternoon.

On Monday, Pickford will hope to get the nod from England boss Gareth Southgate when the Three Lions take on Tunisia, before Gana and Senegal play their opening game the following day against Japan.
