Thursday’s national editions suggest Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin could be handed an England call-up.

The Blues striker has enjoyed a breakout campaign this season and both the Daily Star and Daily Mail believe Gareth Southgate could call him up to the Three Lions squad for their friendlies against Holland and Italy.

Fellow striker Oumar Niasse has earned a recall to the Senegal squad, as reported in the Liverpool Echo, with the Lions of Teranga also naming Idrissa Gana Gueye in Aliou Cisse’s group.

The local read also looks at the Under-20 World Cup-winning squad - which featured five Everton players - and where they have progressed since lifting the famous trophy.
