Everton Unchanged For Swansea Clash

Wayne Rooney will try to score for the third successive Premier League match after Sam Allardyce selected the same team that beat Newcastle United five days ago for tonight's Goodison Park clash with Swansea City.

Senegalese star Idrissa Gana Gueye starts his 50th top-flight match for the Toffees, while Gylfi Sigurdsson and Ashley Williams both line-up against their former club.

Williams continues his partnership with Mason Holgate in the middle of defence, while Cuco Martina and Jonjoe Kenny are deployed in their usual full-back slots.

Morgan Schneiderlin joins Gueye in the Blues' engine room, with captain Rooney operating in behind striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin, starting his sixth Premier League game on the spin.

Sigurdsson will operate from the left, while Aaron Lennon will patrol the opposite flank. Jordan Pickford maintains his Premier League ever-present record in the Blues' goal.

There is a place on the bench for Spanish forward Sandro Ramirez – with Oumar Niasse dropping out of the matchday 18.

Everton's substitute contingent is completed by goalkeeper Joel Robles, Michael Keane, Phil Jagielka, Nikola Vlasic, Ademola Lookman and Tom Davies.
