Everton Ladies has teamed up with Widnes Vikings to offer its ‘Stronghold’ Season Ticket members the chance to catch all this season’s games for FREE.
The Vikings, who share the Select Security Stadium with the Blue Girls, celebrated the new offer by inviting Jodie Brett and Claudia Walker to watch them beat London Broncos last weekend.
They were also joined by James Fairhurst, 15, who is an avid supporter of both Widnes Vikings and Everton Ladies, as well as Vikings stars Olly Ashall and Chris Dean.
Everton Ladies’ season begins this Friday with a home derby against Liverpool Ladies, kicking-off at 7.45pm.
Jodie Brett enjoyed the game with young fan, James. She, said: “We’ve had a great time watching the game. We didn’t quite understand the rules at first, so it was brilliant to have James with us to explain them!
“We’re delighted that Vikings Stronghold Members are able to attend our home fixtures for free. It’s a big derby this Friday, which will be a big intense game for everyone to enjoy.”
Claudia Walker was also introduced to the crowd at half-time. She added: “Derby games are always really competitive and quality games. We hope that everyone enjoys coming down to watch the action.”
To Everton Ladies home games for free, Vikings Stronghold Members simply need to present their valid Membership card at the turnstiles.
