Everton’s players have taken to social media to reveal the Club’s new Umbro third kit.
Blues first-team stars Morgan Schneiderlin, Davy Klaassen, Michael Keane, Mason Holgate, Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Jonjoe Kenny took to social media to ‘leak’ the third strip for the new season which is part of a campaign entitled #TogetherOnwards.
Michael Keane, England international and one of the Club’s new summer signings, said: “As a player, seeing the new kits that you will be playing in for the season is always something exciting that you look forward to.
“I really like the colours of the kit, especially the neon yellow and I’m looking forward to playing in it for our first away game of the season against Manchester City."
Similar to the new 2017/18 home and away kits, this strip includes a slimline version of Umbro’s classic diamond graphic running down the sleeves and a Dixie Dean motif on the back of the neck, as chosen by Evertonians through a fan vote last season.

Everton’s third kit is a nod to the Club’s Goodison Park heritage, with the dark blue stripes echoing those seen on the first shirts worn at the famous Goodison Park which celebrates its 125th anniversary this season. The heritage blue panels are contrasted against purple panels to give the shirt a distinctive look.
The tailored shorts and performance socks both compliment the shirt by picking up the blue of the stripes and the contrast yellow accents for the Club crest and Umbro logo. The running diamond motif also features on the yellow taping on the side of the shorts.
To help improve performance on the pitch, Umbro has used a jacquard fabric with ergonomic placed panels. The accompanying shorts have a tailored silhouette and a combination of stretch woven and mesh fabrics for easier movement, while the socks feature separate leg and technical ankle sections.
