Everton are said to be lining up a move for Arsenal striker Danny Welbeck, according to Sunday’s edition of the Daily Express.

The paper says that the Blues will target the England striker if they cannot prise away his Gunners teammate Olivier Giroud.

Elsewhere, the Daily Mail suggests Derby County are looking into a potential loan move for Ademola Lookman, and Gareth Barry is a target for West Brom.

The Express also claims Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal and Chelsea are all keen on Ross Barkley.

Davy Klaassen is a featured interview in the Telegraph and Wayne Rooney appears in both the Liverpool Echo and Daily Mirror. The former also cover the Under-23s’ pre-season win over Bangor City.
